iLeadership Development Program

The iLDP is a fellowship program designed to enhance the leadership skills of 91ÖÆÆ¬³§pormembers and prepare them for advanced roles within the organization. The program will focus on developing core competencies, including effective communication, strategic thinking and planning, and project management.
